This Veal Goulash is terrific ! Try this extremely flavorful stew with your rice or pasta dishes. You can savor it as a starter dish too ! Try out this Veal Goulash and let me know if you like it !
|Margarine||5 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's)|
|Veal shoulder||2 Pound, cubed|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh tomatoes||2 , skinned|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Saute onions in margarine in big kettle or Dutch oven.
Salt and paprika the veal and add to onions.
Brown veal, stir and reduce heat.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and garlic powder.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
