Everyday Beef Goulash

Goulash is a Hungarian dish. Goulash is a soup made of beef and vegetable, flavored with red pepper and served with sour cream. Goulash has a spicy and fiery taste which makes it a perfect winter soup.
Ingredients
  Stewing beef 2 Pound (Chuck, Shin Or Blade)
  Lard 4 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Paprika 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef stock/Water and beef bouillon cubes 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Potatoes 1 Pound
  Tomatoes 1 Pound, peeled and chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 , seeded and chopped
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon (For Serving)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Trim fat and coarse tissue from meat and cut meat into 2 inch cubes.
Heat lard in a heavy pan and gently saute onion and garlic for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Stir in paprika off heat.
Add beef, caraway seeds, stock, salt and pepper, bring to the boil, covered, and simmer for 1 hour or until beef is tender.
Parboil potatoes for 10 minutes, cool, peel and cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes.
Add potato cubes, tomatoes and red pepper to pan, cover and simmer for a further 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Skim off any surface fat and season to taste.
