Coffee Butterscotch Glaze
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Strong coffee||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Mix the brown sugar and coffee in a small saucepan.
Set over medium heat and bring to boiling, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir and boil 8 to 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and blend in the butter.
Cool slightly before brushing on cake.
