Canned sliced peaches
14 Ounce (1 Can)
Drain peaches, reserve juice.
Arrange peach slices in attractive pattern atop pie.
Any broken slices may be sieved and added to juice.
In small saucepan combine peach juice (about 1 cup) and cornstarch.
Cook over medium heat; stir constantly until thickened and clear.
Add a few drops of yellow food colouring.
Pour glaze over top of chilled pie.
