Orange Glazed Ribs
|Pork spareribs||4 Pound|
|Orange marmalade||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 450°C.
Place ribs, meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan.
Bake at 450°C for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven; drain off excess fat.
Turn ribs meaty side up.
Reduce oven temperature to 350°C; continue baking 30 minutes more.
Combine marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger; spoon half of the sauce over the ribs.
Bake 30 minutes more, spooning remaining sauce over occasionally.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
