|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon, rind||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt with 3/4 cup water in saucepan; mix well.
Bring to a rolling boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add lemon rind and butter; stir in lemon juice gradually.
