Chocolate Glaze Frosting
|Cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
Combine cocoa, 3 tablespoons water, shortening and corn syrup in medium saucepan.
Stir over low heat until shortening melts and mixture is smooth.
Re- move from heat; beat in sugar and vanilla.
Pour over top of cake allowing to drizzle over sides.
Blend in 1 tablespoon water if mixture does not pour easily
