Chocolate Glaze Frosting

  Cocoa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Egg 1

Combine cocoa, 3 tablespoons water, shortening and corn syrup in medium saucepan.
Stir over low heat until shortening melts and mixture is smooth.
Re- move from heat; beat in sugar and vanilla.
Pour over top of cake allowing to drizzle over sides.
Blend in 1 tablespoon water if mixture does not pour easily

Chocolate Glaze Frosting Recipe: Ingredients 1/4 c. cocoa 2 tbsp. shortening 2 tbsp. light corn syrup sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg This recipe might be good however, the ingredients lists vanilla twice...also there is an egg and no indication as to when to add the egg in the directions...please explain.
