|Brown stock/Water - 0.25 pint + 1 teaspoon meat extract||1⁄4 Pint|
1.Take a pan, combine gelatine with brown stock or with water.
2.Heat the mixture on low flame by stirring continuously.
3.If using meat extract, add it.
4.Let the mixture settle at room temperature.
5.Use the glaze once it is thick.
