Tomato Glaze

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh dill/1 pinch dill seed 1 Tablespoon, snipped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Hot red pepper sauce To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, soak gelatine in ½ cup of tomato juice.
2) Place the pan over low heat and stir until gelatin incorporates.
3) Take the pan off form heat and add remaining tomato juice.
4) Stir in bouillon, dill, parsley and pepper sauce.
5) Refrigerate, stirring occasionally until thickened.

SERVING
6) Spoon the Tomato Glaze over desired sandwiches.

TIPS
Increase the quantity of gelatine incase of warm climate.
