Brussels Sprouts with Mushroom Glaze

Ingredients
  Brussels sprouts 1 Pound
  Beef stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Trim brussels sprouts and halve lengthwise.

MAKING
2) In a pan heat water.
3) Steam brussels sprouts for about 10 minutes. Keep aside.
4) Keep a large nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. Bring the stock to a boil.
5) In a bowl whisk lemon juice, mustard, and thyme.
6) Mix the mushrooms.
7) Boil the stock for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
8) Add the brussels sprouts.

SERVING
9) Toss well to coat.
