Tangy Lemon Glaze
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Steak sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
In small saucepan, blend apple juice and brown sugar.
Stir in steak sauce, lemon juice, cornstarch and lemon peel.
Over medium heat, heat to a boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 1 minute; remove from heat and cool slightly.
Use as a baste while grilling poultry, pork or ham.
