Original Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Light corn syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

In top of double boiler, combine the chocolate pieces, shortening, corn syrup, and milk.
Place over hot, not boiling, water, stirring occa- sionally, until mixture is smooth and well blended.
Let cool slightly before using to frost puffs.
Makes 1/2 cup
