1. In a pan, place the apricot jam, and add cold water to it.
2. Heat over medium flame, while stirring constantly, and gently bring to boil.
3. After a couple of minutes, turn off heat.
4. Serve the glaze with ice creams or cakes
If you use a jam that has bits in, it will need to be passed through a strainer to remove any bits before heating.
If you find the glaze is a little too thick, add a touch of boiling water; if it is too thin, add some more jam
