Broiled Salmon with Orange Mustard Glaze

Ingredients
  Salmon fillets 1 Pound, cut into 4 pieces
  Orange marmalade 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven by setting the oven controls to broil
2. Spray the broiler oven rack with cooking spray
3. In a separate bowl, mix the orange marmalade, mustard seeds, salt and red pepper sauce

MAKING
4. Clean the fish and then set the salmon, skin side down on the broiler rack in the oven
5. Broil with the tops of the fish for 10-15 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flaky
6. In the last five minutes of the cooking process, brush the fish with the prepared sauce and let it cook

SERVING
7. Serve hot with coriander leaves sprinkled on top
