Lemon Glaze

Ingredients
  Butter/Regular margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Confectioner’s sugar 1 Pound
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In medium bowl, with wooden spoon, beat butter, sugar, lemon juice and peel until smooth.
Then drizzle over cake, letting it run down sides.
Makes 3/4 cup.
