Chilled Strawberry Glaze
|Strawberry juice||4 Tablespoon|
|Cornstarch||1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
1) Take a small saucepan and combine strawberry juice and cornstarch in it.
2) Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
3) Stir in lemon juice to this after removing the mixture from heat.
4) Serve the Strawberry Glaze warm over cake.
