Semi-Sweet Chocolate Glaze
|Semi sweet chocolate||3 Ounce (3 Squares Baker'S)|
|Sifted confectioners sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Place chocolate, water and butter in saucepan.
Stir constantly over very low heat until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat.
Combine sugar and salt in bowl.
Gradually blend in chocolate mixture and vanilla.
For thinner glaze, add a small amount of hot water.
For thicker glaze, cool until of desired consistency.
Use glaze on desserts.
