|Unsweetened bakers chocolate square||2 Ounce (1 Ounce Per Square)|
|Confectioners sugar||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Hot water||3 Tablespoon|
Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat and add salt.
Alternately add sugar with water until of spreading consistency.
