Ingredients
  Ginger root 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Garlic 4 Tablespoon, minced
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

In a large saucepan, mix together grated ginger, minced garlic, sugar, dry sherry, ketchup and soy sauce.
