Holiday Cranberry Glazed Ham
|Cranberry juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Canned ham||5 Pound|
Set Power Select at HIGH.
In small glass bowl, combine juices, sugar, raisins, cornstarch and ground cloves.
Heat 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until glaze is thickened, stirring once.
Decorate ham with whole cloves.
Place ham on microwave-safe roasting rack set in oblong baking dish.
Insert temperature probe into center of ham, not touching fat or bone.

When temperature in display window reaches 100°F, spoon on 1/2 glaze; baste occasionally with remaining glaze.
Let stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
