Strawberry Glaze

Ingredients
  Strawberries 1 Quart
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Wash and hull the strawberries. Crush enough berries to make one-half cup.
2. Boil the crushed berries, sugar, water and cornstarch two minutes, stirring. Add the butter. Strain and cool.
3. Arrange the whole berries over the top of the cheesecake and pour the daze over the berries. Chill.
