Pineapple Glaze For Turkey

A delicious Turkey sauce recipe to make your thanksgiving truly special. Make this quick and easy sauce and add to the taste of your mouth-watering Turkey. Thanksgiving with family and friends the delicious way.
  Pineapple puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1 , freshly squeezed
  Fennel seeds 2 Teaspoon

1) In a bowl, combine the pineapple puree, saffron, fennel seeds and freshly squeezed lemon juice; mix thoroughly.

2) Use the pineapple glaze to glaze the Thanksgiving turkey.

Its really difficult for our family to go out on Thanks Giving Festival as so many restaurants are close, and the only ones that they are open are Non-Veg. I think if you serve Veg Recipes in your Restaurant. It will be very nice.
