Ingredients
  Strong brown stock 150 Milliliter
  Meat extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Gelatin 10 Gram
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Put the stock in a small pan. Add meat extract, gelatine and seasoning.
2. Heat until gelatine has dissolved and use as substitute for Meat Glaze.
