Apricot Glaze

Ingredients
  Apricot jam 125 Gram, warmed
  Teriyaki sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mixed spice 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Cider vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Place jam, teriyaki sauce, garlic, mixed spice and vinegar in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Brush glaze over meat, chicken or fish and grill, barbecue, pan cook or bake.
