Soy Garlic Glaze
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|White wine/Water||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In 1-cup measure combine soy sauce and wine.
Add water to equal 1/2 cup.
Blend in cornstarch and garlic powder.
Microwave at High 1 to 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring once.
Baste 2 Cornish hens with half of glaze.
Microwave hens, basting again when turning.
Baste with any remaining glaze before serving.
