Apple Cranberry Glaze
|Canned jellied cranberry sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple jelly||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), packed|
|Apple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lady apples||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Tiny Golf Ball-Size Apples)|
|Grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Use Both Red And Green Grapes)|
Place cranberry sauce and apple jelly in saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted.
Combine brown sugar and apple juice in small bowl and stir until brown sugar is completely dissolved.
Add to melted cranberry-apple mixture and blend well.
Glaze and baste ham as indicated above.
Decorate platter with lady apples and bunches of red and green grapes.
