Grilled Fruit With Caramelized Port And Balsamic Glaze

Ingredients
  Cantaloupe 1 , peeled and cut into wedges
  Honeydew melon 1 , peeled and cut into wedges
  Pineapple 1 , cored, peeled and cut into spears
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
For glaze
  Port 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh mint 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brush fruit with oil.
Lightly grill or barbecue.
Chill.
Boil port and brown sugar in saucepan to reduce by one-half.
Add balsamic vinegar, mint and pepper.
