|Orange marmalade/Null||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Null)|
|Port wine/Cider||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)|
|Wine vinegar/Null||1 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Finely chopped crystallized ginger/Null||2 Tablespoon (Null)|
Blend together in a small saucepan the orange marmalade, port, wine vinegar, and ginger.
Heat until simmering, stirring occasionally.
