Ingredients
  Orange marmalade/Null 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Null)
  Port wine/Cider 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Null)
  Wine vinegar/Null 1 Tablespoon (Null)
  Finely chopped crystallized ginger/Null 2 Tablespoon (Null)
Directions

Blend together in a small saucepan the orange marmalade, port, wine vinegar, and ginger.
Heat until simmering, stirring occasionally.
