Lobster Glace

  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Meat broth/Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Lobsters 1 1⁄2 Kilogram (3 Whole, 1.5 Kilogram Each)
  Celery stalks 2
  Cherry tomatoes 6 Small
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Dissolve gelatin in the broth over a fire
2. Allow to cool, then stir in the lime juice.
3. Cut lobsters or prawns into small pieces, add to broth and mayonnaise along with salt and pepper. .
4. Mix well and chill.
5. Garnish with tomatoes and celery.
