|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Meat broth/Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lobsters||1 1⁄2 Kilogram (3 Whole, 1.5 Kilogram Each)|
|Cherry tomatoes||6 Small|
1. Dissolve gelatin in the broth over a fire
2. Allow to cool, then stir in the lime juice.
3. Cut lobsters or prawns into small pieces, add to broth and mayonnaise along with salt and pepper. .
4. Mix well and chill.
5. Garnish with tomatoes and celery.
