Curried Apricot Glaze

Ingredients
  Finely chopped dried apricots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon slices 2 , chopped
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Instant beef bouillon granules 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan combine apricots and 1 1/4 cups water.
Simmer, covered, till tender, about 20 minutes.
Do not drain.
In saucepan cook bacon, onion, and curry powder over low heat till bacon is crisp and onion is tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in brown sugar, cornstarch, bouillon granules, and salt.
Add apricots and liquid; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Brush over poultry last 10 to 15 minutes of roasting.
Pass remainder as sauce.
