Dry Milk Glaze
|Dry milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (nonfat)|
|Granulated sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Teaspoon|
Combine dry milk and sugar replacement in food processor or blender.
Blend to fine powder, pour into small bowl, and add vanilla and water.
Stir with fork until well blended.
If glaze hardens too quickly, add a few drops of cold water.
Stir to blend.
