1. In heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, heat semisweet chocolate and butter or margarine until melted and smooth. Remove saucepan from heat.
2. With wire whisk or fork, beat in confectioners' sugar and milk until glaze is smooth and has an easy spreading consistency.
