|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange marmalade||2 Teaspoon|
Combine water and marmalade in a small nonstick saucepan.
Heat and stir over medium heat until marmalade is melted.
Reduce heat; then cover and simmer until apricots are tender and syrup is reduced and coats apricots (about 20 to 25 minutes).
Cool apricots in syrup.
Remove apricots from syrup.
Drain to remove excess syrup.
