Mocha Glaze

Ingredients
  Semisweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Cup)
  Light corn syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot coffee/Water 5 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and shortening in small heavy saucepan.
Stir over low heat until chocolate is melted.
Stir in powdered sugar and enough coffee to make a smooth glaze.
