Try this Glace Au Sauternes recipe. I am sure this tasty and irresistible mouth watering Glace Au Sauternes will surely give you a huge fan following!
Ingredients
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sauterne/Sweet dessert wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Finely grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine water and sugar in heavy small saucepan.
Bring to boil, stirring just until sugar dissolves.
Let boil 5 minutes.
Cool completely.
Stir in remaining ingredients, blending well.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze until solid, stirring several times (or freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions).
Spoon into processor or blender and mix briefly.
