Everyday Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 119⁄2500 Ounce (1 squares)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Melt chocolate and butter or margarine over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla until crumbly.
Blend in boiling water.
Add enough water (about 2 teaspoons), a teaspoon at a time, to form medium glaze of pouring consistency.
Pour quickly over top of cake; spread glaze evenly over top and sides.
