Dark Chocolate Glaze
|Semi-sweet chocolate||8 Ounce (8 squares)|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Melt chocolate and butter in heavy, small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently.
Pour melted chocolate mixture into medium bowl.
Wash and dry saucepan.
Heat cream in same saucepan over medium heat until hot; do not boil.
Gradually whisk cream into chocolate mixture until slightly thickened.
