Soft Gingerbread

gingerbread is a joy to bake and serve. Made with ginger baked with mollases and milk with flour along with cinnamon and cloves, this richly flavored bread is an eternal favortive in most households. This easy gingerbread recipe is prepared in a jiffy and can be served as a delightful snack or with dip for dessert.
Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour milk/Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sifted flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and lightly flour an 8 square pan.
Sift flour, baking soda and spices into mixing bowl and set aside.
Put remaining ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at MIX until smooth.
Pour into dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into prepared pan and bake 20 30 minutes.
