Microwave Gingerbread

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take molasses, water and butter, microwave (high) for about 1-2 minutes or until mixture begins to boil.
2) Stir in salt, sugar, baking soda and ginger.
3) Add flour and mix well.
4) Pour the prepared mixture into a pan of 6-cup capacity and microwave (high) for about 6-8 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn half-way through cooking. Set aside for 5 minutes.

SERVING
5) Invert from pan. Slice and serve.
