Sour Milk Gingerbread

Ingredients
  Flour 2 1⁄3 Cup (37.33 tbs)
  Sour milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 4 Tablespoon, melted
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare greased pan (or muffin pans).
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Sift flour into milk, mix well.
Add baking soda, molasses, salt & shortening; mix & beat well.
Pour into pan; bake for about 25 minutes.
Good with whipped cream.
