Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Butter 3 Ounce
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Carb 1 Teaspoon, carb
  Syrup 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Rub butter into sifted dry ingredients.
Heat milk, Bi-carb.
and syrup, Stir well and pour into dry ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Bake at 350° F for 1 hour, or until cooked.
Do not open oven door for the first half-hour.
