Eggless Gingerbread

Ingredients
  Syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Bi-carb 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Add water to syrup, Mix and sift dry ingredi- ents and combine two mixtures.
Add oil and beat well.
Bake at 325° F in a loaf tin.
