Combine gingerbread mix, applesauce, and water in a bowl.
Pour batter into a 10- x 6-inch baking dish lined with paper towels.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 7 to 9 minutes or until firm.
Let stand directly on counter to cool 3 to 5 minutes before removing from baking dish.
