  Liquid butter buds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Cup Promise Ultra Fat-Free Margarine)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Cup Sugar + 3 Packets Sweet 'N Low)
  Dark molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Self rising flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Ginger 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Allspice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Gumdrops 1 Tablespoon
  Candied cherries 1 Tablespoon
  String licorice gummy bears 1 Tablespoon
  Red hots 1 Tablespoon
  Silver candy balls 4
  Confectioners sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Do Not Use Sweet 'N Low)
  Water 1 Tablespoon

Icing: Add more water, 1 tsp. at a time until you get the consistency that can be used in a decorator tube Cookies: Cream liquid Butter Buds and sugar.
Blend in molasses, water, flour, ginger, nutmeg, and allspice.
Cover; chill 2-3 hours.
Heat oven to 375° F.
Roll dough 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured board or counter.
Cut with girl and boy cookie cutters; place on cookie sheet sprayed with non-fat cooking spray.
Press raisins for eyes, nose, and buttons.
Use bits of candies, cherries, and licorice for other trims.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
Immediately remove from baking sheet.
Trim with icing when they have cooled.
You may wait to decorate them after they have been baked plain and cooled.
