|Granulated sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), replacing|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground cloves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (lowfat)|
|Cooking oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine flours, sugar replacement, baking powder, ginger, salt, and cloves in a mixing bowl.
Stir to mix.
Add eggs, milk, and oil.
Beat to blend thoroughly.
Beat in molasses.
Beat 1 to 2 minutes more.
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 in. (33 x 23 cm) baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
