Upside Down Apple Gingerbread
|Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apples||3 , peeled and cored|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), packed|
|Gingerbread mix||15 Ounce (1 Package)|
Melt margarine in bottom of 9 inch square baking pan.
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over margarine.
Cut apples into rings and arrange in pan over margarine mixture.
Prepare gingerbread according to package directions; pour batter over apple slices.
Bake as gingerbread package directs.
Invert onto serving plate.
