Orange Ginger Ham

  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fully cooked ham slice 1 (1 Inch Thick)
  Canned peach halves 6
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Orange pasta dough cut in noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained

In a small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, wine, mustard and ginger.
Slash fat at 1 inch intervals to prevent ham from curling.
Brush orange sauce over ham.
Broil 3 inches from heat, about 10 minutes.
Brush ham with orange sauce.
Continue broiling until golden, about 6 minutes.
During last 5 minutes of cooking, brush peach halves with orange sauce.
Broil with ham.
Serve with hot buttered noodles.
Makes 6 servings.
