Orange Ginger Ham
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Dried ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Fully cooked ham slice||1 (1 Inch Thick)|
|Canned peach halves||6|
|Orange pasta dough cut in noodles||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained|
In a small bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, wine, mustard and ginger.
Slash fat at 1 inch intervals to prevent ham from curling.
Brush orange sauce over ham.
Broil 3 inches from heat, about 10 minutes.
Brush ham with orange sauce.
Continue broiling until golden, about 6 minutes.
During last 5 minutes of cooking, brush peach halves with orange sauce.
Broil with ham.
Serve with hot buttered noodles.
