Mint And Ginger Cup

Ingredients
  Chopped mint leaves 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 75 Gram
  Lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Gingerale/Ginger beer 4 Bottle (4 l)
  Lemon slices 2
  Mint 1
Directions

Put the chopped mint leaves into a bowl.
Thinly pare the lemons and simmer the rind for 5 minutes in 2 teacups of water.
Strain and add the sugar, lemon juice and pour over the mint.
Leave for 1 to 2 hours, then add the ginger-ale or beer.
Pour into the bowl over crushed ice.
Decorate with lemon slices and mint and serve.
