Ginger Flavored Snow Peas

Ingredients
  Snow peas 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter/Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Fresh chopped ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Defrost peas, if using frozen.
2) Use the fresh peas if necessary.

MAKING
3) In a pan, heat the butter or oil and add the peas and ginger.
4) Saute until done-€”for few minutes only.
5) Season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.

SERVING
6) Serve the seasoned snow peas as side dish.
