Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, blend onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and lemon juice
2. Store it in the refrigerator and let it chill for sometime

SERVING
3. Serve it by pouring it over chicken, fish and then keep it aside for it to marinate

TIPS
Use to pour over chicken, fish or tofu and marinate for at least 30 minutes, then broil chicken, fish or tofu in marinade
